Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I’m from Texas. I currently live in Colorado, where I work full time and go to college full time. I have been married for what seems like forever (it’s really only been 5 years) and we have a beautiful little girl together. She just turned 4 and she’s more rambunctious than ever! I decided to become a Pampered Chef consultant because I LOVE their products! No joke, LOVE. I had no idea how much time I was wasting in the kitchen with not using the “proper” tools. My hope with this blog is to provide awesome recipes, and save you time and money, while allowing you to spend more quality time with your family. Who doesn’t want that? :)
